EFT is an individual method of emotional release using acupressure points. Family constellations , on the other hand, allow us to visualize the links and imbalances in a family or relational system, often through representations (in groups or individually).

Family constellations, initiated by Bert Hellinger in the 1990s, are a therapeutic approach that combines psychodrama, gestalt therapy, Zulu mystical influences and systemic dynamics to make unconscious loyalties and transgenerational traumas visible.How it works:• Staging: the person bringing their problem (sleep disorder, fear, relationship, financial blockage, trauma, etc.) chooses participants or objects to represent members of their family (parents, grandparents, ancestors) and the problem.• Role of representatives: they embody these figures, act, speak – revealing deep family and emotional dynamics• Awareness & liberation: exposing these forms and relationships in space allows us to identify unverbalized loyalties and inherited suffering – then to bring about restorative gestures, words or positions ().• Results: significant inner liberation, calmness, a feeling of healing for oneself and for future generationsWhy it works:• The act of “observing” the constellation activates a field of resonance (morphogenesis, shared energy field…) where understanding and healing arise.•This is a physical, emotional and energetic work, supported by discoveries in epigenetics and transgenerational trauma.
