This policy applies to all our packages and gift certificates.

In case of impediment

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, so that someone else can take advantage of the time slot.

• Or directly via the confirmation link received when making the appointment.

Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation 24 hours or more in advance: No fees apply.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or no-show without notice: A fee equal to 50% of the amount of the reserved service may be charged.

💡 You can also suggest your appointment to someone you know. We'll be happy to accommodate them in your place, saving you cancellation fees.

Late Policy

To fully enjoy your session:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for subsequent appointments.

In case of delay:

• The duration of the treatment may be shortened to respect the schedules of the following clients.

• The total amount of the treatment booked will however remain due.
