Access Bars is a relaxation method that involves gently touching 32 points located on the head. These points are associated, according to the method, with different aspects of life such as daily stresses, emotions, sleep, or thoughts.
A session primarily aims to promote deep relaxation, mental calm, and letting go. It is a complementary wellness approach, not a medical treatment.
Julie Béland offers an Access Bars class. These in-person sessions are not just theoretical presentations; you will leave with tools that you can use on yourself, with your loved ones, or with your clients.
