Description of the body process class
Access® Body Processes encompass over 60 individual body processes offered by Access Consciousness®. Each process explores a different way of working with the body and its energies. Access Consciousness® states that body process facilitators are certified to teach the various individual body processes in 3-hour classes. (Access Consciousness)
Each class is dedicated to a specific body process and allows the participant to discover, receive, learn and give the process.

Content of a one-day class
The different bodily processes
1. Presentation of the process
The training begins with a presentation of the chosen body process:
name of the process;
intention and context of the process;
associated principles;
exploring possibilities with the body;
questions and discussions.
Each process has its own objective and its own sequence of events.
2. Demonstration
The facilitator presents the following in concrete terms:
hand positions;
the sequence of the process;
the way in which the person is installed;
the unfolding of the process;
Important elements to observe during practice.
3. Receive the process
Each participant has the opportunity to receive the body process in order to experience it directly.
4. Outline the process
Each participant then learns to give the process to another person, accompanied and guided during the practice.
5. Experiment and integrate
The training leaves room for:
experiment;
ask questions;
adjust one's practice;
develop their confidence;
explore body perceptions;
integrate the learning.
Access Consciousness® offers more than 60 different body processes. They address various themes and possibilities with the body. (Access Consciousness) It is important to note that the 60+ processes are not taught in a single 3-hour class.
Each class focuses on a specific process. Depending on the process chosen, a separate training course can therefore be offered.
Certification
At the end of the class, participants receive certification for the body process taught, according to applicable official procedures. Access Consciousness® states that an Access Body Process Facilitator (BPF) is authorized to teach individual body processes in 3-hour classes. (Access Consciousness)
Who are these classes for?
These classes are for people who wish to:
discover the Access® body processes;
learn a specific process;
develop a different relationship with their bodies;
