The 3-day Body class is one of the classes that has created the most change and opened up the most possibilities for me. It's a space I return to again and again, for my body, for my being, for me. This class is almost indescribable, and so much happens there beyond words, beyond anything we previously thought possible.
It is with joy that I will explore with you the new possible avenues in the vast and ever-changing world of bodily processes.
